It was an awesome experience. We got to see an 8ft alligator in the swamp. My husband and I had a great time.
Had more fun at exhibits

Boat ride was quick spent more time on the bus then on the boat. Didn’t really get to see any crocodiles when on the boat.
Worst tour bus drive yourself!

The actual airboat ride was nice. Short but nice. The tour bus to get there was absolutely horrible! The service was extremely rude unhelpful. The driver kept telling my teenage daughters to call him papi papi. Almost impossible to find Parking

Good times!

Very good excursion for the price! If you’ve never seen an alligator then this is for you. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The guide does his best to get you as close as possible to the alligator. The only reason I do give it 5 stars is because the bus ride to the marsh is a bit long.

Seeing the gator n 2 turtles while on the airboat was great! The captain was a hoot !!Getting stuck n rescued was also hilarious! We had no idea wed be on a bus for most of the day. Stood on line for an hour at tour place waiting for bus , then noone told us how or where to take pics with baby gators so we left with no pics.went to see caged animals n feed pretty birds but almost missed bus cause we had no idea when to catch it. Didnt have time for gift shop. Then long bus ride back. y'all need to advertise 1/2 hour airboat tour cause 5 hrs is what we thought we were getting but it was mostly a bus ride.

These people are totally disorganized. Confusion and long lines at boarding. It takes 1.5 hours to travel 25 miles to get there from Hollywood, FL. Bumper to bumper traffic. Another 1.5 hours to get to the Everglades and 1.5 hours back to ride airboat for 45 minutes. NOT IMPRESSED! WE DID NOT SEE ANY ALLIGATOR. I do not recommend this to any one. SO NOT WORTH IT!
Not as expected

The boat ride was short. Didn’t see any alligators during the ride. The bus ride was longer than the airboat ride. The bus driver was pleasant!
